Washington, DC | The Beauty of Fall

What could be more appropriate than celebrating the beauty of Fall from our Nation’s Capitol in Washington DC? If you haven’t experienced Fall on the East coast, then you are truly missing out on an incredible sight ~ this is nature at its best. These images are from my trip almost exactly one year ago, but the beauty of Fall on the East coast is timeless. (click on any image to enlarge)

Trees exploding with color.

Monuments framed by brilliant colors.

A stunning sight at dusk.

A room with a view at the Mandarin Oriental Washington DC.

The charm of Georgetown…and don’t miss out on getting a cupcake (or two) at Georgetown Cupcake!

So gather your pumpkins, brew your butternut squash soup and start cuddling up for the crisp Fall weather ~ I welcome it with open arms. Happy Fall!!
