A Great Day at Cavallo Point
I took a day trip up to Sausalito to visit the Cavallo Point resort. This is such a unique resort as it is located at Fort Baker in Sausalito. When the resort took over the property, they turned what used to be the homes for the officers into their historic rooms. And for those who prefer to keep it new, Cavallo built brand new contemporary units that have views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
It was a gorgeous day and it’s always fun to drive across the Golden Gate Bridge.
Fun Day in Carmel, CA
You can’t go wrong spending a day in the storybook town of Carmel. A little shopping, a yummy lunch at Cafe Rustica, and quality time with my sis makes for a great day! It’s always a good idea to take a day-cation.
